Batavia was a 90,000 plus sq ft 3-story building and Geneva was a 60,000 sq ft single-story building. Both being built to better serve those communities for various outpatient services through the Rochester Regional Health system. These projects were both done by the same designers and incorporated all of the same products. Carpet, carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, vinyl tile, ceramic, and both projects required moisture mitigation systems. Batavia was completed in the end of 2023 and Geneva was completed in the summer of 2025.
